First E-book Out: Arm Gainz!
Just poppin' in to say hello and update on my new e-book offering! I struggle to find a mode of sharing outside of one-on-one sessions that I feel I can stick with. Blogs, Podcasts, Videos, Social Media Posts, Basic Online Program Packs….nothing has quite yet stuck that has kept me personally engaged. But I've gotta say, I thoroughly enjoyed sharing my knowledge and experience through this mode of creative expression: writing in a simple e-book format!
I love one-on-one in person conversation the most. One of my favorite pieces of training is being able to discover meaning and connection through movement and active communication. Learning the skill of lifting is one thing, but being able to create enough enjoyment and purpose in each session for you as an individual is what will keep a life long routine sustainable. This means being able to incorporate variety and change in training to stimulate the mind as well as the body, and should also involve flexibility of training on a daily basis to account for all the ups and downs of daily life. Even with the same exact workout, it could feel totally different for you to complete today- than it might feel tomorrow. To help pass this knowledge and some tips along, writing an e-book has finally felt like a modality in which I can share my training experience with others through guidance and simple recommendations…an easy to follow way that leave’s the actual training in your own hands, but in a way that feels DOABLE.
Today I'm low key dropping my first guide to training, to take some intimidation out of the weight room and help you create a routine that is challenging for you as an individual but also helps you meet your goals for enjoyment and engagement at the same time. Check out my upper body guide to Arm Gainz HERE if you're ready to take training into your own hands!
Arm Gainz is a guide to increasing muscle mass and definition in the upper body, with emphasis on the arms. Covers topics such as muscles to focus on, how to program your training days, templates and exercises to follow, as well as mindset approaches behind achieving long term results. (PDF Download- 15 pages) All purchases will help me to continue exploring new ways of spreading encouragement and motivation to those striving to create long-term lifestyle change by taking charge of their fitness routine. I hope to find time to create more content like this over the next few years, so send me a message on social media or through e-mail and let me know what you think! If you’re interested in a lower body, core, or stretch and recovery guide, I hope to have the them completed in the future :).
Happy Lifting,
Renae
