Together we will discuss your goals and lifestyle to create a customized workout program that suits your equipment and time availability, and of course… your GOALS!

“What can I expect with an Online Training Plan?”

  • Ease of use. Workouts are seamlessly delivered through the Trainerize App. So as long as you have your phone on you (and chances are you probably do), you are ready to go!

  • Customization. Each session is tailored to your goals, equipment availability, and realistic time availability (number of sessions per week, and session length).

  • Month-to-month. Although consistency is key, you aren’t locked into a long-term commitment here. Each month I’ll check in to make sure everything is progressing and it’s just what you’re looking for. Although sessions vary within each week, they will be repeated weekly for one month. This means you will get four opportunities to perform each individual session, build confidence in understanding every movement, and see real-time progression happen on a weekly basis!

  • Strength Training. A focus on strength training will encompass most of your online program. Weights, bands, barbells, cable machines, stability balls, if you’ve got it- we will probably use it at some point. Strength training helps to build muscle, burn fat, strengthen the body within an ever-increasing range of motion, challenge balance and stability, and may even get the heart rate moving to include cardiovascular work. Endless benefits here.

  • Flexibility. Learn and Lift Stretch Library is included with every monthly plan. Just open it up, navigate to the area of the body you would like to stretch, click play & stretch away!

  • Cardio. (optional) This may or may not be included depending on your goals and level of confidence in your current cardio routine (think treadmills/rowers/bikes/etc).

  • Nutritional habit forming guidance (optional)- Meal plans are incredibly hard to stick to long-term. Healthy nutritional habit guide for creating sustainable change and making smarter choices (yes, choices!) may be included upon request.
