Personal Training
Incorporating strength and mobility training can help you understand your mind & body in a whole new way. And who should know you, better than…you? As you learn to connect the two pieces through movement, your inner and “outer” strength can begin to unleash! No training program is the same as each individual has their own goals, perspectives, interests, backgrounds, and time availability. But you can be certain your training plan will include strength and mobility work, and your sessions will progress over time at a level and pace you can feel confident in. Whether just starting out or looking to advance your journey in a new way, let’s learn and lift your way to finding the best strength plan that works for you.

“What can I expect in a Personal Training Session?”
Connection. We get to know each other! Let’s work together to achieve your goals in a way that keeps you engaged, motivated, and confident.
Warm-up & Mobility Work. Mobility and dynamic warm-up routines are what help you prepare for exercise. This will ensure your mind and body are ready to work hard and move within their proper range of motion. This will always be number one. We will make sure you are moving freely first, and then strengthen within that range.
Strength Training. A focus on strength training will encompass most of the session. Dumbbells, bands, barbells, cable machines, stability balls, you name it- we will probably use it at some point. Weight training helps to build muscle, burn fat, strengthen the body within a functional range of motion, challenge balance and stability, and get the heart rate moving to include cardiovascular benefits.
Flexibility. Static stretching or slower mobility drills will help your mind and body “reset”, remove the extra tension built up through training, and help the muscles to relax and sustain their beneficial range of motion. It will also help encourage your elevated heart rate drop back down, so the crucial aspects of rest and recovery can come next. 15min of Fascial Stretch Therapy is available to end each 60-minute session if preferred.
The “Why”- I will constantly remind you of the WHY behind your program, the exercises, movements, and how they will benefit you long-term. This is the knowledge you need to feel confident taking your fitness into your own hands in the future.

Nutritional habit forming guide (optional)- Meal plans are incredibly hard to stick to long-term. Instead you’ll be learning healthy habits that are sustainable for a lifetime and will help you to make smarter choices (yes, choices!) for you and your goals.
